Applicable Law

This site is created and controlled by JP Silks, Chennai India; as such the laws of India shall apply; courts in Chennai shall have jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions and disclaimers. Photo ID proof of Credit Card holder is required at time of delivery JP Silks takes care to ship the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed and then wrapped in packing paper. Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit. In case if goods returned undelivered due to shipping address fault than JP Silks reserves to charge shipping cost and processing fees while refunding amount. An 'Order Confirmation' from us and a 'Transaction Authorized' receipt from the payment gateway. If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately to address mentioned on our website. All complaints will be acknowledged within two working days For urgent delivery you require to contact separately to our contact address after placing order. Urgent delivery requests are subject to availability of good and shipping time.

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on JP Silks will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you.
