Cancellation

No Cancellations: We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, therefore, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will be happy to exchange it for you.
Color Variations: Exchanges are permitted in cases where there is a noticeable and significant difference between the color of the product displayed online and the actual product.
Video Requirement: To ensure transparency, we require you to video record the unboxing of the product. This is essential for validating the condition of the product received and expediting your exchange request.

Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or has acute color differences.
No Other Returns: We do not accept returns for reasons other than those mentioned above.

Refunds
