Free Shipping: All domestic orders within India are eligible for free shipping. We endeavor to deliver your order right to your doorstep free of cost.
Delivery Time: Our estimated delivery time is between 4-7 working days. We understand that you're excited to receive your order, and we make every effort to deliver it as soon as possible.

International Shipping

Flat Rate: For customers ordering from outside of India, we charge a flat fee of INR 1500 per product for shipping.
Free International Shipping: If your order value exceeds INR 30,000, we will gladly absorb the shipping cost as a thank-you for your substantial purchase.
Delivery Time: As with domestic orders, international orders generally take between 4-7 working days to arrive.

General Shipping Information

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.
Customs & Taxes: JP Silks is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be levied on international orders. These additional charges must be borne by the customer.

Delay Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: JP Silks is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by natural disasters, riots, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you and provide updates regarding your delivery in such cases.
